Who Am I?

Originally from Montreal, via Toronto, I have called Calgary home since 1996. Having the privilege of visiting every province and territory in Canada, I love this city’s entrepreneurial spirit, beauty and access to the amazing playground called the Rockies. I’m a mom, a grandmother and love spending time with my family, travelling and golfing!

What differentiates me from other real estate professionals?

My service.

I pride myself on clear, honest and ethical communication throughout the process and beyond. When you call, email or text me, I respond quickly. Exceptional service is a core value in my business.

Often clients turn to me when they are looking for reliable and trusted professionals. Whether you are looking for a mortgage broker or property inspector, or trades such as roofers, plumbers, electricians, painters, and drywallers to name a few – or even a handyman to help with some small jobs they just haven’t gotten around to – I have connections with many tried and true tradespeople.

I am very proud that over 90% of my business success is referral based. Over the past 15 years I have built my business by going above and beyond to meet and exceed my clients’ needs. Happy clients continually pass my name along to people they know who are looking for a great REALTOR®.

My attitude.

I love what I do and am tremendously grateful to be able to help my clients with their real estate needs. I treat everyone with care and respect, regardless of their situation. I live by the Golden Rule, both personally and professionally. And I always maintain a level of friendly professionalism.

My professionalism.

I have been licensed as a REALTOR® since 2006 and have spent my entire real estate career with Royal LePage Benchmark in Calgary, also servicing Airdrie and Cochrane.

By keeping up with market trends and continuing industry education, my expertise in certain areas of the real estate market provides value to various demographics. With many people looking to downsize, credentials such as Certified Condominium Specialist (CCS®) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) benefit many.

As your Condo Lifestyle Specialist, I appreciate the different generational groups and their needs when considering a condo purchase. Whether you are just getting into the market and a condo provides an economical solution, or you are at a stage in your life when you’d like to downsize, condo living brings with it many important considerations – legal, financial, lifestyle, quality – that have an impact on both  REALTORS® and their clients and their buying and/or selling experience.

Many seniors are at a time in their lives when they realize that what they need in a home has changed. They need to simplify their day to day living, which often means smaller homes, maybe some assistance (now or in the near future), and perhaps amenities offering social and physical activities. Selling the home they’ve lived in for many years can be daunting and stressful. This is where my Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation comes into play, assisting with everything from the challenging task of downsizing to determining where and what your next home looks like.

Being an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) is a significant asset when working with buyers, particularly first time homebuyers, who often need guidance when beginning that search for their very first property.
